Relax throttling limits on app start #309
Description
Relax the throttling limits during the first X frames – we could have an internal limit – like the default maximum events per frame during the first frame => max(20, events_per_frame).
This will help catch more issues when the app starts, since that’s when errors are most likely to happen.
