Steps to Reproduce

Have a custom way to add breadcrumbs to events.

Expected Result

Breadcrumbs are added normally.

Actual Result

It looks like the event is receiving repeating device event breadcrumbs, which are not related to the custom breadcrumbs that they are sending. The action is always BATTERY_CHANGED and the level value is always the same. The custom breadcrumbs seem to be registered correftly.

From what I can see in the shadow issue,
it happens on Android in development mode (device family Redmi, Android 10).

The breadcrumbs have different time stamps (1~3 mins apart), with ~20 in sequence.

@romtsn @markushi @stefanosiano Since this is an android native breadcrumb, have you seen this before? Do you know what could cause it?
