E2E Tests for Expo Sample Expo Go

Description

The goal is to ensure a smooth developer experience for Expo users using Expo Go to develop their applications.

The e2e test should ensure no unexpected warning and errors are logger and thrown when using Expo Go.

The test should include a test of JS bundle reload as this is different from the first load of the JS bundle. Example issue from the past: #4696
