[Mobile Session Replay] Ignore certain Errors for Error Sampling

### Problem Statement

Currently we offer the ability to [Ignore certain Errors for Error Sampling](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/react/session-replay/understanding-sessions/#ignore-certain-errors-for-error-sampling) for web replay but not mobile. 

### Solution Brainstorm

Add the same beforeErrorSampling callback to the replay integration.
