Team Filter on Project's page returns no results for selections under "Other Teams"

Steps to Reproduce

Tested with an Owner role in the Sentry org, that is not a member of every team in org.

1. Go to Project's Page
2. Click on the All Teams dropdown and deselect "My Teams" and see that you can see all project's no matter what team they are assigned to.
3. Click on the All Teams filter and select a team you are not a member of under the "OTHER TEAMS" section.
4. See that there are no results.

Essentially it seems like the Other Teams section checkboxes never return any results.

Expected Result

Other Teams checkboxes should return results.

Actual Result

They do not.
