KitchenOwl - Have to be signed into Umbrel?

Just tested KitchenOwl and I have noticed that when you sign out of Umbrel it also signs you out of KitchenOwl and returning to Umbrel login window. Is this by design as KitchenOwl has its own login page so I don't see why it needs to be signed in twice for it to work? I have also noticed the same for some other apps too?

Hey @JohnWallerUK, thanks for bringing this up.

Most apps don't have an authentication and that is where the Umbrel App Proxy comes in to protect them.
However, in the case of KitchenOwl this is actually not needed as you correctly pointed out. Will not this down and remove the app proxy authentication for KitchenOwl in the next update.
