Dashboard redirects to signup on losing connection with the backend

I somehow fumbled to /start tonight, and it appeared that my config had been lost and I was being asked to setup again. Turns out not to be the case, but it appears that I could have unwittingly gone back through setup.

Ah, that should not have happened. We've disabled the start page after the user has registered, so it looks like a cache issue or something.

Okay looks like @lukechilds was able to reproduce it:

If you lose connection to the umbrel, like change to a different network, the app is still running in the browser but can't ping Umbrel so it "redirects" to the signup page. Of course if you refresh it's down.
