Consider running examples on GH Actions? #119
Description
It'd be great to know that examples work for users in line with the current version of the software. Right now we're skipping examples in R CMD CHECK on gh actions i think mostly because we were worried about creating resources/leaving them up/messing with a prod account.
But now that #15 is closed, and we're using a test AWS account, I think we can probably run examples on gh actions.
I think I'd only want to run on 1 run though, e.,g., R-release for linux only.
