gatk except AllelicCNV 

Hi,

i have adjacent normal sample, so i want to check there is tumor in sample.
so i try using deTiN, but gatk does not support AllelicCNV.
and i try to get AllelicCNV tool and it failed.

so how can i run deTiN on this situation?
