Config with non-set value (field =) in docs is not clear

Hello!

As per https://www.getzola.org/documentation/content/section/#front-matter these are the default values for _index.md and so I expected them to just work:

redirect_to = 
page_template =

But on latest next I get:

$ ../zola/target/debug/zola serve -O
Building site...
Error: Error when parsing front matter of section `<snip>/content/foo/_index.md`
Reason: expected a value, found a newline at line 24 column 16
$

Ah so this is a bit hard to explained. The fields that look like redirect_to = are not set by default. I wasn't sure how to represent them in the docs.

How about commenting out such variables like what has been done with feed_limit and truncate_content_length in config.toml https://github.com/getzola/zola/blame/master/docs/content/documentation/getting-started/configuration.md#L67 ?

If that looks okay then I can send PR commenting out all the variables which are not set by default and hence are impossible to show by = notation.
