paginate_reversed and sort_by not available for taxonomies

When configuring the pagination for a taxonomy in the config there is no way to specify sort_by and paginate_reversed. If you are using zola for none-blog content (so content without a date) this makes controlling the taxonomy order impossible

I will probably refactor a bit the reversed for the next version since it only works for pagination right now. I'll make sure to include it for taxonomies

While you're doing pagination & taxonomy refactor, could it be possible to return a paginatior when you do get_taxonomy() so you can have paginators outside of sections? Maybe it could be in the kind object?

How would that work? You would need to specify which page you're getting?
