Two lists of Zea may Ensembl gene IDs were submitted to ShinyGO, using zmays_eg_gene as the species dataset. The gene ID type in the downloaded enrichment table for the first gene list was Ensembl gene ID, but it was a mixed type for the other gene list, as attached.
