This is kind of a ridiculous idea so feel free to laugh. But we should implement wgpu on top of wgpu-native, to test that all features still work fine. This would also potentially get us the CTS. Finally, it would test wgpu's backend abstraction.
This would be a big project and not necessary for anything, but it would be a good way to signal that we want to make wgpu-native powerful.
