doesnt do anything when using with Claude App rather than claude code cli

It doesn't do a thing. Gone through 20k credits and its saved 1 total when I said "hi".

Hi @Sibyrd - I'm afraid it doesn't work with the code feature built into the claude app. It only works with the command line claude code, or with claude code embedded into apps like VS Code. When Claude makes it possible to add support for within the Claude app itself we'll certainly add support. Will keep you posted.
