What exactly does GGML stand for? Georgi Gerganov Machine Learning? Generated-GPT Machine Learning? Georgi Gerganov Machine Library? Does it stand for nothing at all?

Neither the readme nor the "Introduction to ggml" nor the llama.cpp Wikipedia article actually say, and there's conflicting slop articles on the web claiming different things. It'd be great if there was a short sentence at the top of the readme that stated this. This is one of those "obvious to insiders, complete guesswork for outsiders" kind of details.
