We have officially launched an open-source hardware initiative protected under the GNU GPLv3 license: the "Open Cognitive Core Project" (OCCP).
Instead of relying on expensive, proprietary cloud GPUs or heavy local software wrappers, we are proposing a design for a low-cost, dedicated co-processor (ASIC/FPGA architecture) that hardwires pure abstract AI logic and mathematical foundations (like matrix multiplication and attention mechanisms) directly into silicon logic gates.
By decoupling the "Hardwired Logical Core" from the local "Software Personalization Layer," this architecture allows consumer-grade devices to run open models locally with zero-latency, minimal energy consumption, and 100% data privacy.
