Recenter data only works once #43
Description
0) Open some file (olive.csv).
1) open a xy scatter plot
2) choose identify
3) pick a point - now press "Recenter"
4) pick another point - now press "Recenter" - it will not move
(and in general, I'm not sure why this is not in the scale window, but I guess
it could be either way)
(I'm working on windows 7, ggobi 2.1.8)
