not tried the code at all, been away on holiday had access to a pc, decided to give this a shot, does compile against elks toolchain.

i cant get the lib to fit in a small mem model.

so i configured watcom to spit out large model code

urgh this was way more complex then i anticipated, the library does not work, i will revisit this when my brain recovers!

completely reworking this project, really need to brain this, at the moment i have removed my bad attempt from github, and starting from scratch on my desktop over christmas.

indeed! i feel iv acomplished something semi useful with the ngircd, still not figured out process forking yet, but i will get there
