Implement a parameter to switch between -18 and -23 LUFS target value #1
Description
Currently, it seems you're using the -18 target LUFS which is said to be more similar to the previous ReplayGain values but there's also the -23 target LUFS going around which is said to be the upcoming standard value (because it's used in broadcasting already).
Could you add a switch to change the target LUFS value?
