Mapping QC tools

• Identify missing tools /data types/ analysis types
• update multiqc_config.yml so that it contains a configuration for all the analysis tools used (even for the ones not available as multiqc module)
• update concepts.yaml according to multiqc_config.yml changes
• Map (Decide one) each QC tool to 1. data type 2. analysis type
• Update README.md

@MKoesters There are some changes over the tools and test-sets we have. Is it possible to go over the tool you write (to make sure all the tools are represented) and generate results per tests?

The only missing tool is cramino now, but as far as I understood, cramino is no different than nanostats. Since there is not multiqc module for cramino, I will keep nanostats as default tool for long reads.
