Description from a user:
"The "Email Me" feature on the Psychology Today provider search breaks when Ghostery is enabled. There is supposed to be a privacy policy and terms agreement check box above the button to submit. Doesn't help that the error message doesn't specify what's missing, just that some of the data fields are incorrect."
