Repeated clipboard read (OSC52) popup over SSH when unfocused

Issue Description

On a vanilla install of Ghostty, I am ssh'ing from my MacOS laptop (M4 Air) to my NixOS server. While attempting to edit some configuration files, I switched focus from Ghostty to other local window, and am observing repeated OSC52 read popups.

This only happens when neovim is open via SSH, not just my shell. I have attached a screen recording for reference. This may be an upstream issue, but I could not find any relevant neovim issues.

Expected Behavior

No clipboard read notifications when unfocused

Actual Behavior

Clipboard read popups happen every time Ghostty is unfocused and neovim is the active program over ssh

Reproduction Steps

1. Install Ghostty
2. Set ssh-terminfo in configuration options
3. SSH to Linux host, open neovim
4. Unfocus Ghostty and observe clipboard read notifications
