Per-Window Theme

I have a feature request coming from the Terminal.app on macOS, and that is to let us change the theme on a per window-basis.

This is extremely useful when working with multiple projects that you want to segment visually, so when fast switching windows it's easy to spot the project one is looking for.

The Terminal.app allows you to change the theme for a any window/tab. I know ghostty allows you open an entire new process with a new theme via ghostty --theme="Tomorrow Night Blue" but if it's a separate process altogether the window switching (CMD + `) doesn't work across them
