macOS menu items are in reverse order

Currently the macOS menu bar has top to bottom, Right, Left, Down, Up but I think the correct order should be Up, Down, Left, Right. This also matches the order in GTK.

Such a simple change, I used Claude Code to find and reorder the items. Would a PR be accepted/wanted?
