Timeline for scrollback

I have seen #4763 , and I have timestamps active in my prompt already. But I'm noticing that I spend increasing time in coding agents etc, where I want to see the time within a session. The only way I can think of to handle this is for the terminal to know when a particular line was produced and overlay that information.
