quit-after-last-window-closed causes toggle_visibility to exit the program upon hide

The following two options do not work well together:

quit-after-last-window-closed = true
keybind = "global:cmd+shift+physical:grave_accent=toggle_visibility"

Hitting the hotkey to hide the application causes it to exit completely.
