Shift+Tab doesn't go to previous shell completion

When using Ghostty, I am unable to use shift+tab to navigate to the previous completion in any shell (fish, zsh, or bash):

This does not happen in iTerm2 or the Apple Terminal app, so I think this is something that Ghostty is causing. Does anyone know how to go about troubleshooting or resolving this issue?
