Enforce keyboard layout as config option

I was using iterm2 on my Macbook before and liked one feature to force my keyboard layout to one specific one.

It seems that ghostty doesn't have such a feature available. In case I'm wrong please let me know.

I wasn't aware that this was even possible to override (on macOS or any other platform) on a per-app basis. How do you set this on iTerm? I want to do some research on what API they call. (iTerm2 is GPL so I can't see their full implementation here but seeing the system API they use to do this should be fine)

In all of the projects that implement this (that I have checked), the APIs used are TISSelectInputSource from Carbon.h and NSApplication notifications for the app "activeness" detection.

The particular usecase isn't relevant for everyone, but Macbook keyboard layout (especially the german one) is very confusing, so I prefer switching to the layout that I'm used to when doing things in cli.

Just for context: this feature would be useful for both standalone config, and when coupled with the hidden window mode as a workaround for the automatic layout switcher that stops working in that mode.
