This might not be a problem, but with nvim's terminal, this is a disaster, once open a terminal in nvim, must run source ~/.zshrc to make it work well

I'm going to leave this Discussion open as having to disable shell integration is probably indicative of a bug.

Can you show the logs of ghostty starting (run it in another terminal) with both shell-integration = none and that line commented out

your shell should be handling the entire profile and rc setup process without any ghostty involvement
