URL not opening when Ctrl+Click

Issue Description

Links in Ghostty terminal are not opening when using Ctrl+click. The URL is properly highlighted when Ctrl is pressed, but clicking doesn't launch the browser.

I tried using link, but it's not implemented yet

Reproduction Steps

1. Echo a URL in the terminal: echo 'https://github.com/'
2. Hold Ctrl to see the URL highlight
3. Click on the highlighted URL
4. Expected: URL opens in browser
5. Actual: Nothing happens

Hmmmm... do you have xdg-open installed? Ghostty relies on that to open URLs. (Logs would also help.)

I just found out that the bug happens specifically when I open ghostty using gnome default-applications.terminal (/snap/bin/ghostty)

If open ghostty from the terminal (not using Ctrl+Alt+T) then the browser will open the URLs when I click on them:

Hmmmm... I wonder if Snap is doing something funny to Ghostty's permissions to open URLs. cc @ghostty-org/snap (though this is likely a total shot in the dark)
