Paste in terminal not working displaying~J instead

Hello,

I have changed keybindings to allow ctrl+c and ctrl+v to copy paste into terminal. I have also added this stty intr ^J so that ctrl+c does send interupt signal bu ctrl+J does.

Sometimes when i do use this keybinding the it does not paste what i copied but ~J instaed

Here is my config :
