Add documentation for default commands in command palette

TL;DR

Wouldn't it be nice to have a place in the Ghostty documentation where the default commands are explained.

Solution Idea and why I came to it

I was thinking about linking this part of the codebase to the documentation but the line numbers will change and this is a very hard-coded way of doing this. The user also has to read the code and understand the actions. I don't know if that is to expect of every user.

I plead for a new category in the documentation page. I would also offer my help in creating this part of the page.

(Or maybe a similar command line option to +list-keymaps like +list-commands)

If this is the solution to getting documentation for the commands in the command palette can we add it to the documentation?

I would be happy to do this but since there is:

+list-actions
+list-colors
+list-fonts
+list-keybinds
+list-themes

I think one could also consider adding a cli option maybe?
