Support keyboard shortcuts and keyboard navigation in the Tab Overview on MacOS

Currently when I open Tab Overview on MacOS it doesn't seem to allow keyboard navigation. I think ideally this would be using keyboard arrows and select the tab with Enter, or optionally using my bindings for next_tab, previous_tab.

E.g. I have following bindings for tabs nav:

keybind = cmd+backquote=next_tab
keybind = cmd+shift+backquote=previous_tab

There is a relevant topic here #4069 , but that seems to be specifically focused on Linux.

There's ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab to navigate tabs, and shift+cmd+\ to toggle the tab overview, which implies activating the selected tab when exiting the tab overview.

I see. Should that respect the remapped keys for tab navigation then?
(I think it would also be smart to add arrows as a way to navigate there)
