Add force_close_surface action (ignore confirm-close-surface)

Would it be possible to add a keybind action like force_close_surface that closes the surface immediately, bypassing the confirmation dialog even when confirm-close-surface = true?

Use-case: keep safety prompt for normal Cmd+W, but have Cmd+Shift+W (or similar) close instantly without any prompt.]
