RTL Support on macOS

Options/Features I can think of now are affected:

Screenshots are hyperlinked

• macos-titlebar-style = tabs
• window-width overflow
• window-position-x
• Update capsule

This is specifically for swift UI elements?

RTL in the terminal part at least is already an accepted issue.

as a english only speaker im confused on why window-position-x needs changed I would imagine RTL is a text only feature not related to window position at all its very common for 0,0 to be top left corner of a monitor. Why not window-padding-x as well?

These are good, you're approved to make an issue for each of these on their own, just link them together with a meta issue like this: #8272

And note they're for UI. I think we should handle UI earlier than we handle actual terminal contents.
