Mouse scroll over the list of tabs should switch between them

I got used to this behavior in Konsole, and I find it convenient.
I expect it to work in the following way: when the mouse cursor is on the list of tabs, scrolling down will switch from the current tab to the next tab on the right, or if it is the rightmost tab, it will switch to the first (leftmost) tab; the opposite should happen when you scroll up.
