Kitty Graphics: Support Animation Frames

I don't think any terminal other than Kitty itself (at the time of writing this issue) supports this feature.

I believe we already parse animation frames, but we don't yet handle them in any way.

This would I think also fix the performance issues with notcurses-demo yield #2827 as it also uses the animation protocol if available.
