macOS: `window-step-resize` should force Quick Terminal to be grid-aligned

If `window-step-resize` is true, then the quick terminal should size itself accordingly to fit the grid and strive to have zero unnecessary padding on its resizable edge (currently the quick terminal always spans one full edge size of a screen so padding on those sides can be expected/reasonable).
