How does this quota work? Can we disable such tags if they are not working? Till they work again?

Tags?

It's the limitations of the YouTube API. I believe we can request for a higher quota

Tags as in Reddit or crypto at the top. Since they are not working at a point of time, we should hide them

It's not that simple right now. We don't load all tags, or what we call Channels, when you load the page.

Only when you switch, we load the Reddit or YouTube channels for that Walnut.tv channel. And if hide it at that point it wouldn't make sense
