Says there aren't any achievements

I am finding several games it isn't populating achievements for, https://store.steampowered.com/app/1369320/Virtual_Cottage/ is another. please let me know if these should be working for me, do they work for you. I keep finding them if you want more you can ask as well. I tried updating SAM but it was already latest and made no change.

Recently Steam has been messing around with their achievement system and its caused SAM to not work for 90% of games
