Module 2 D1 and D2

Hi, I am wondering where to retrieve the D1 and D2 values for crops for the TSUM parameters in Module I. I have scoured the documentation and appendices and cannot find the values anywhere. I am specifically wondering for winter barley. Thanks!

I'm also confused about the dormancy portion of the crop specific rule and what to include there for winter barley.
