Easiest way to self host?

1. I started with a ubuntu server
2. I just used k3sup to get k3s running
3. I just followed the FluxCD2 tutorial to get fluxcd installed and running
4. I added Capacitor from here https://fluxcd.io/blog/2024/02/introducing-capacitor/ by simply adding ./clusters/darkside/capacitor.yaml with 👇🏻

but it looks nothing like what i see when running

how I can get newer?

I replaced above ./clusters/darkside/capacitor.yaml with

But after resolving stage in flux, i run

nothing happens and it eventually just exits citing

error: timed out waiting for the condition
