chore: refactor .goreleaser.yaml for changelog automation
- Remove project name specification from `.goreleaser.yaml` - Remove detailed comments and settings for changelog generation in `.goreleaser.yaml` - Change changelog generation from `git` to `github` in `.goreleaser.yaml` - Standardize quotation marks for titles in changelog configuration - Add new changelog groups for refactors, build process updates, and documentation updates in `.goreleaser.yaml` - Remove filters section that excluded certain commits from changelog in `.goreleaser.yaml` Signed-off-by: Bo-Yi Wu <[email protected]>
