[Feature Request] Configurable Parameter Order for suspended.html

Current Behavior

The Marvellous Suspender currently generates suspended tab URLs in the following form:

chrome-extension://noogafoofpebimajpfpamcfhoaifemoa/suspended.html#ttl=3Blue1Brown%20-%20YouTube&pos=0&uri=https://www.youtube.com/@3blue1brown

The parameter order is:

1. ttl → tab title
2. pos → restore position
3. uri → URL to restore

Problem

For normal tabs, third-party tab sorting or management extensions often sort tabs by domain name first, then the rest of the URL. However, for suspended tabs these tools will sort by tab title first. This results in inconsistent sorting behavior between normal and suspended tabs.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a setting (or change the default behavior) that allows users to configure the order of parameters in the suspended tab URL.

For example, ordering with uri first:
