Submodule support #4
Description
It would be nice to be able to add Julia bindings inside a submodule, and to include a selection of them within this repository.
On the other hand, one could make submodules, e.g., GismoKLShell.jl which has dependency Gismo.jl.
In the latter case, the question is how the precompiled libraries will be distributed. If we make gismo_klshell_jll.jl, it will basically be a build of gismo with the gsKLShell module, hence it will contain all C bindings that are also in gismo_jll.
