authentication error for updated Earth Engine

Hi there,

It seems like the new update on earth engine need to link to a cloud project. I have tried set token here:

And the basic geemap app has the error:

And then I tried to link to a specific cloud project that I have using ee.Initialize(project='tssmapping'), but it still has error

any suggestions on this is appreciate!
