I can't started gitblit as a windows service

I successed add gitblit as a windows service, but I can't start it.

issue:
java.io.IOException: Unable to establish loopback connection
Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Bad address: connect

PS. I can started gitblit, when I start gitblit.cmd

Where did you get this error message?

What version of Windows is this?

I was not able to reproduce this, Gitblit started and was accessible via the browser.
