Shift-select does not work on gutter lines

Describe the issue

Selecting lines in the gutter using shift does not select all lines.

How to reproduce (Optional)

1. Make changes
2. Try to select multiple lines with shift.

Expected behavior (Optional)

Click on 28, hold down shift and click on 31. I would expect all lines from 28-31 to be selected.
