Two workspaces open in different windows, randomly one window will switch the workspace

Describe the issue

I have recently been opening multiple gitbutler workspace windows for different repos. Occasionally I notice that one of my windows changes to the other workspace, and I will receive a notification

Just FYI, this project is already open in another window
There might be some unexpected behavior if you open it in multiple windows

In this case, I didn't select the dropdown to change the other window, it did so by itself.

I do not have a video like #15659, as this is hard to predict. Not sure what triggers the switch.
