Manual call ephemeral-runners scale-up

Hey.
I have an issue related to ephemeral-runners. My GitHub installed agent was in an old version - due to that my jobs hung in a pending state. Now when I start any new job it starts a new instance and takes the oldest job. Is there an option to start multiple runners on request? Like 20 runners at the same time to process pending jobs?

Quite old reply XD. Just to have it documented for future reference.
You can go to the github app settings, and force a redelivery queued message(the one that matches the label you need). For each time you make a redelivery it will trigger a scale up job
